Private front entrance at street level. Rear entrance accessible from parking pad in rear. Private basement with laundry. Basement is not accessible from exterior.
Neighborhood
Pilsen is considered an up and coming improving and popular neighborhood. It was named tenth coolest neighborhood in the world by Forbes in 2019 article "Ranked: The 15 Coolest Neighborhoods In The World" Many popular dining and nightlife options are located along 18th street. Our real estate office has been located in Pilsen for several years and our team likes the neighborhood. The property at the end of this cul-de-sac street adjacent to an St Ann School, a Catholic school with preK through 8th grade. Since it is not a through street there is the benefit of less traffic, but there is more activity during school pick up and drop off times. Free street parking on the street out front.
Transit
Just three blocks from Damen Pink Line Train Stop. 12 minute train ride to downtown.

This was the perfect space for my roommate and I to stay while we were working in the Medical District. Excellent location, easy access to public transportation, quiet, and great neighbors. The only thing I would note is that if you plan to do quite a bit of cooking/baking the kitchen is minimally stocked for it. Excellent communication from management. Cozy beds, good water pressure (although the main bathroom shower sometimes didn’t get hot enough for some reason).
