New fully renovated 800 sq ft apartment completed in 2022. Kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and a large peninsula bar with three stools. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen size bed. Bedroom closets with closet organizer shelving. Front loading washer and dryer in kitchen. Bathroom features a modern deep soaking tub. Apartment is in the rear of the building with separate side entrance. Commercial office space is located in the front of the building. Note that there is not a separate dining room.

Located on a great block in the Heart of Italy area within the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. Three classic Italian restaurants on the block. Very helpful and responsive hosts, whenever we had an issue or request they were always willing to address it ASAP. Apartment was generally clean and extremely well equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The area felt safe and quiet, although was a bit far from things minus some Mexican and Italian restaurants. Overall a great place to stay both short or long term.

Great stay, everything new and useful, neighborhood calm, easy for parking, excellent italian restaurant nearby (50 meters), host very gentle and friendly, this apart is definetely recommended for short or longer stays
